Nordiq revolutionizes field medicine with LiSa™
The world's first portable patient monitor that measures the most important vital signs, including respiration in real time, with a display and easy mounting on the neck.
Nordiq Products develops LiSa™, an ultra-portable, robust and reliable vital signs monitor, designed for use in demanding situations by military medics, rescue teams and other first responders.
LiSa™ is made possible through unique, proprietary sensor technology , based on the expertise of Professor Lise Lyngsnes Randeberg, PhD in biomedical optics and SINTEF's cutting-edge expertise in acoustics.
LiSa™ continuously monitors pulse, oxygen saturation and respiratory rate, and alerts when life-threatening changes occur – a feature not currently available in any wearable device. The technology gives paramedics a critical advantage in the field, replacing unreliable methods such as manual observation and fingertip measurement.

Here are some statements about LiSa™ from potential customers and users
-
"The use of this device will significantly accelerate the preliminary diagnosis process. This, in turn, will greatly enhance the survival rates of the wounded by providing faster and more comprehensive information within a short period.”
- Yulia Paevska, famous Ukrainian military medic.
-
“I work as a dog handler for the department. What you are developing could open up a whole new world for treating casualties.”
Dog handler in the Armed Forces and former head of sanitation for the department.
-
“I was told that you have an incredibly exciting solution for patient monitoring that could be a hit with those of us who operate in harsh weather conditions.”
- Section manager, specialist in first aid and emergency medicine.
-
“This is definitely something that is of interest. Being able to free up capacity by having such a monitoring option is the alpha and omega for retrieval missions with, for example, ATVs, or finding people out in the field who need to be monitored. It ensures that the data we measure (which is currently done manually) is correct. We can easily imagine that this is a product we want to buy.”
- Chairman of the local Red Cross branch

Details about your investment
The purpose of the issue is to strengthen the company's capital base to carry out necessary development activities.
The minimum investment requirement is set at NOK 42,170 (10 shares).
The subscription price is now set at 4,217 ,- NOK per share, which implies a company value of 37,473,908 ,- NOK before the issue.
The issue will, among other things, finance Prototyp v4 and bring us closer to “design freeze”.
Prototype v4 is a critical milestone that will give us a technological boost and strengthen our commercial position with potential customers, partners and investors. It also represents a necessary step before we move forward with regulatory approvals.
With 3 million NOK we will complete Prototype 4 within about 3 months.
Triggers government support
Almost all of our capital goes to R&D in the company, and of this the state covers 67% in our case. This means that if we spend 1 million on R&D, we only use 330,000kr of the added capital. This means that you trigger a great value for the company with an investment, and that your investment thus has a good starting point for a good return.
New support opportunities
Added capital will also trigger the possibility of an Innovation Contract with Innovation Norway, where the plan has already been prepared over time in dialogue with IN, but where we lack the necessary capital for approval of the project.
“Return on Investment”
Similar companies that achieve success have shown returns on investments made in a similar phase of up to 12x of the invested amount, if the company is sold in a later growth phase after launching in the market. Our goal is to reach this phase within 5 years.
